THE WEEK’S RECORD
Of the Grim Reaper who Harvests at All Seasons.
Wm. Gains, aged about 29 years, died at the home of his mother on Lincoln avenue last Monday afternoon. He had been afflicted for the past year with consumption of the bowels, but died from the effects of a hemorrhage of the nose that occurred one week before. The deceased was a Big Four yardsman and was a member of the Odd Fellows and Knights of Pythias lodges in Columbus. The remains were placed in Kirkwood vault yesterday afternoon.
