Your correspondent also learns that MARTIN SMITH, west of town, died on
the night of Aug. 19th of heart trouble. Services at the home Saturday
afternoon, same minister officiating; interment in Mable grove cemetery. Mr. Smith
was an excellent citizen and will be very much missed in his neighborhood.
