Legal Notice
From the National Democrat, February, 1861
Elizabeth O'Day, Maria Dyer, Thomas Dyer, her husband: Cynthia Ann O'Day, George O'Day, and James O'Day, George Watson, Sarah Watson, Caroline Watson and Elijah Bragg, guardian of the four last-named persons, will take notice that a Petition was filed against them on the 4th day of February, A.D. 1861, in the Court of Common Pleas of Madison County, Ohio, by Thomas O'Day, and is now pending, wherein the said Thomas O'Day demands Partition of all the real estate of which John O'Day, sen., died seized, that is situated in Pleasant Township, in Madison County, Ohio, and which is estimated to contain about one thousand acres. The said Petition asks that said partition may be made according to the provisions of the last will and testament of said John O'Day, sen., deceased. At the next term of said Court application will be made by the said Thomas O'Day for an order that partition may be made of said premises.
