Harford B. Welsh

The present successful Prosecutor is Mr. Harford B. Welsh, and his faithful discharge of the duties during his first term have been acknowledged by his party in giving him a second nomination. His election is assured for he is popular with all the voters, irrespective of party affiliation.
Mr. Welsh is native born. He graduated from the Washington C. H. high school, and took his law course in the Ohio State University. He was admitted in 1901, and opened an office in London in 1902. His practice has grown rapidly, and as lawyer he stands high at the bar. He is prominent in the Masonic order, being a Knight Templar.
