The subject of this sketch is a native of Madison county, born and educated in West Jefferson. Is a graduate of the Ohio Normal at Ada, and entered Starling Medical College in 1902, graduating therefrom with the degree of Doctor of Medicine in 1906. He located in Kingston, Ross county, but a few months ago returned to W. Jefferson, where he has opened a well-appointed office on teh Main street. His practice is already a promising one. Doctor Olney is married, and as he is popular with all who know him, a careful student, and in love with his chosen profession his success is assured.
