Mr. Jones is one of Madison county's progressive farmers and lives on his own highly improved farm in Darby township. Mr. Jones has never been an aspirant to office. His nomination for county infirmary director came as a surprise to him. He is a good, safe, honest business farmer and if selected as a member of the Board, will make the county a reliable and earnest servant. A minority representative has been demanded by our tax-payers on this board for many years. This is the opportunity to secure one, and a good one, too.
