Biography of E. W. Johnson

The office of Probate Judge is one in which a knowledge of law is a necessity to properly perform the duties of the incumbent. E. W. Johnson, the Democratic nominee for this position is a graduate of Ohio Northern University, having acquired the B. L. degree in 1902, and was admitted to the bar in 1903.
Mr. Johnson is well qualified in a business way, having been connected with the Farmers' Bank, West Jefferson, for the past five years as cashier.
Mr. Johnson was born on a farm and spent his early years there. He taught school for eight years, after which he attended college at Ada, O., graduating with an A. B. degree. He is an active member fo the Masonic fraternity and forward in every movement for the betterment of his community.
He should be elected Probate Judge, this fall. Madison county could not well select a better man or one more qualified for this important position.
