Democratic Candidate for Clerk of Courts
Here is a popular London boy, who has spent his whole life here, having first seen the light of day in London Sept. 3, 1875. After attending the public schools he took a commercial and music course, at Notre Dame University, South Bend, Ind. Returning to London he engaged in newspaper work, serving as local editor of the London Times, also, afterward of the Daily Nickle Plate. In 1898, he embarked in the musical store business, which, by perseverance and energy he has built up into a successful enterprise. Mr. Horen is a member in good standing of the A. O. H. and C. O. F. societies of London, organist of St. Patrick's church, director of London Band and member of London orchestra. He is well-fitted by education to discharge the duties of Clerk of Courts in a correct and creditable manner.
