This energetic young man is a Madison county production. He is now business manager of the Liberal Advocate, a successful Columbus periodical, and acquired his knowledge of newspaper management through many years' connection with the Columbus Dispatch. Mr. Harper is a frequent visitor to London as his parents still reside east of town.
