This gentleman is a native of Mt. Vernon, O., where he received his early education. Served five years there with The Ohio Fuel company, and was then transferred to London to represent the company as agent and manager. He has been here three years. Is married, and as shown in the picture, is a happy father. Mr. Baker is poular with all who know him. He is prominent in the fraternal order of Elks.
